DATE OF COMING FORCE UNDER THE SAID ACT

            In exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001, (Tamil Nadu Act of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the 1st day of December 2002, as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.

 

APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF ENGINEER (GENERAL) AS STATE HIGHWAYS AUTHORITY UNDER THE SAID ACT.
