A. How to Register:

 The procedure for registration is given in the link Registration of Contractors. 

 

B. The Government has initiated a number of policy actions upfront for modernization of the department.  Towards this end, the government have established Commisionerate of Tenders (COT) to streamline the tender acceptance procedure.

The following are the committee members of the COT

The Chief Engineer (H), Construction & Maintenance

The Chief Engineer (H), National Highways

The Chief Engineer (H), Designs and Investigations

 

COT has powers to decide cases where the cost of works exceeds  Rs. Two Crore.(G.O No)
